We at Chikyjump are aware of the impact that COVID-19 has had on all of us, and as such we follow the proper guidelines to ensure your safety and health when renting equipment from us.

This is what we are doing:

• We are continuing to clean and sanitize our equipment with registered antimicrobial products.
• We are adhering to environmental cleaning and disinfection recommendations by the CDC - CDC Website
• We are educating our team daily to increase preventative safety measures and to reduce the risk of contracting COVID-19.
• We are frequently washing our hands with soap, or with alcohol-based (at least 60% alcohol) hand sanitizer when soap and water are not available.
• We are ensuring all working members of our team are healthy and, should they be sick, they will not be in physical contact with our valued customers, team or equipment.
• We use face mask and gloves when delivery and pick up of rentals.
• We have made and continue to make our processes electronic to reduce direct hand-to-hand contact and increase efficiency throughout the rental process.
• Our delivery service at this time is following the guidelines of the city and the authorities. Some deliveries will be left at the door of the house or office. We are currently not entering the facilities unless the customer need it, to avoid unnecessary contact, for the sake of your health and ours.
